30-day returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition.
How to request a return
Email batterybright1@gmail.com with your name, order information, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We want to make it right and may ask for a photo so we can understand what happened.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. The time it takes for the refund to appear can vary by payment provider or financial institution.
Return shipping
For ordinary returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. If the problem resulted from an incorrect, damaged, or defective shipment from us, we will work with the customer on an appropriate resolution.
